📦 ORDERING & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! 🌍
Most of our orders go to the US, UK, and Europe, but we'll send our socks pretty much anywhere.
Shipping times vary by location:
- US: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $25.
For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email so you can stalk your package like the rest of us do.
Estimated delivery:
- US: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Ordering for a specific date? Place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to be safe (especially during busy seasons like Christmas).
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link (we sent it via email when your order shipped).
If tracking shows it's delayed or lost, contact us immediately and we'll sort it out — whether that's tracking it down or sending a replacement.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you catch it fast enough, yes! Contact us ASAP with your order number and new address. If we haven't shipped it yet, we'll update it for you.
Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it — but we can help you figure out next steps.

What size are the socks?
Our socks fit most adults comfortably — roughly:
- US: Men's 6–12 / Women's 7–13
- EU: 39–46
- UK: 6–11
They're designed with a bit of stretch, so they fit a wide range of feet.
Worried about sizing? Don't be — 98% of our customers say the fit is perfect. If someone's outside this range, just contact us and we'll help.
What are the socks made of?
Our socks are made from a soft cotton blend (typically 80% cotton, with a bit of polyester and elastane for stretch and durability).
They're comfortable for everyday wear, machine washable, and designed to last.
Are these socks good quality, or just a novelty?
Both!
Yes, they're fun and themed — but we don't do cheap, flimsy socks that fall apart after one wear.
Our customers tell us these are comfortable enough to wear regularly (though most people can't stop showing them off first).
If you're not happy with the quality, let us know and we'll make it right.
Can I wear these socks every day, or are they just for fun?
You can absolutely wear them daily!
They're soft, durable, and machine washable. Some people wear them all the time. Others save them for special occasions to make people smile.
Either way works — they're your socks now. 😊
Do you have gift wrapping or a gift message option?
Our packaging is already designed to be gift-ready — it arrives looking amazing, so you can hand it over as-is.
We don't currently offer custom gift messages, but the presentation itself does the talking. Trust us, the reaction will be worth it.
📋 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your gift (and feel proud giving it).
If something's wrong — damaged packaging, wrong item, quality issue, or you're just not happy — contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

How do I return or exchange something?
Contact us with your order number and let us know what's wrong.
We'll guide you through the next steps — and in most cases (like damaged or wrong items), we won't even ask you to send it back. We'll just make it right.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Oh no! We pack everything carefully, but sometimes shipping carriers aren't gentle.
Contact us immediately with a photo of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement right away — often with upgraded shipping.
You shouldn't have to give a damaged gift. We'll fix it.
💦 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How do I wash these socks?
Easy:
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Tumble dry low or air dry
- No bleach (please don't bleach fun socks, we're begging you)
Treat them like you'd treat any nice socks, and they'll last a long time.
Will the design fade or peel after washing?
Nope! Our designs are printed to last.
Hundreds of customers have told us their socks still look great after dozens of washes. Just follow the care instructions and you're golden.
