SHIPPING TIMES SECTION

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship them out with love (and lots of bubble wrap).

Estimated delivery times:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–7 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
🌍 Rest of world: 7–14 business days

These are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way — so you can obsessively refresh the tracking page like we all do. 📦


SHIPPING COSTS SECTION

How much does shipping cost?

Good news: We offer FREE shipping on orders over $25. 🎉

For orders under that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Pro tip: Grab 2-3 pairs and you'll likely hit free shipping (plus, future-you will thank you when you need a last-minute gift).


TRACKING SECTION

Can I track my order?

Absolutely!

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Click the link and you can follow your package's journey in real-time or just track it in our tracking page.

What if tracking isn't updating?
Sometimes there's a delay between scans — especially when crossing borders. Give it 24-48 hours, and if it's still stuck, contact us and we'll investigate.

Ordering for Christmas, a birthday, or another time-sensitive event?
Here are the last order dates to guarantee delivery:

📅 US delivery by Dec 25: Order by Dec 16
📅 Europe delivery by Dec 25: Order by Dec 12
📅 International delivery by Dec 25: Order by Dec 8

These dates account for processing + shipping time. Earlier is always safer!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to almost every country in the world. 🌎


WRONG ADDRESS / LOST PACKAGE SECTION

What if I entered the wrong address?

Oops! It happens.

Contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address.
If we haven't shipped it yet, we'll update it for free.
If it's already shipped, we'll help you figure out next steps (and possibly redirect it if the carrier allows).


What if my package is lost or stolen?

First, check your tracking to see where it is.

If tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk
  2. Look around your property (sometimes carriers leave it in unexpected spots)
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery)

Still missing? Contact us immediately and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.

DAMAGED PACKAGE SECTION

What if my package arrives damaged?

That's the LAST thing we want to happen (we pack everything carefully!).

If your package arrives crushed, broken, or looking rough:
Contact us right away with a photo, and we'll send you a replacement immediately — often with upgraded shipping.

You shouldn't have to give a damaged gift. We'll make it right.


PO BOXES / APO / SPECIAL ADDRESSES

Can you ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or hotels?

PO Boxes: Yes!
APO/FPO/DPO (military addresses): Yes!
Hotels / temporary addresses: Yes, but make sure to include:

  • Hotel name + "Guest: [Your Name]"
  • Check-in and check-out dates (in order notes)
  • Contact phone number

Shipping to a temporary location? Double-check your dates to make sure you'll be there when it arrives.
